GreenDoor’s focus is on high-impact development opportunities in urban and semi-urban areas, with an initial focus on “Gateway Communities” in Massachusetts.
GreenDoor works with existing landowners and community stakeholders to turn underused properties into
high-performing, efficient buildings that serve a material public purpose. GreenDoor’s investments are structured to create economic opportunities for the people and communities served, and for long-term physical and financial stability.
Currently, GreenDoor is assembling medium-sized infill and redevelopment sites in the greater New Bedford area, independently and as a cosponsor with other landowners and developers.
